How to Create a Support Ticket

If you have any issues, questions, or requests, you can contact us through the Support Tickets system.

Step-by-Step

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Click Support Tickets in the menu
  3. Click the Create Ticket or New Ticket button
  4. Fill in the form:
    • Subject – Short title of your issue
    • Message – Describe your problem or request clearly
    • (Optional) Attach a file or screenshot
  5. Click Submit

After You Submit

  • Your ticket will appear in your tickets list
  • Status may show as Open or In Progress
  • Our support team will reply inside the ticket
  • You can open the ticket anytime to:
    • Read replies
    • Send more messages
    • Upload more files

Ticket Status Meanings

  • Open – Your ticket has been received
  • In Progress – We’re working on it
  • Waiting for You – We need more info from you
  • Closed – The issue has been resolved

Send a message directly to the school’s admissions or support team
