Step-by-Step
- Log in to your dashboard
- Click Support Tickets in the menu
- Click the Create Ticket or New Ticket button
- Fill in the form:
- Subject – Short title of your issue
- Message – Describe your problem or request clearly
- (Optional) Attach a file or screenshot
- Click Submit
After You Submit
- Your ticket will appear in your tickets list
- Status may show as Open or In Progress
- Our support team will reply inside the ticket
- You can open the ticket anytime to:
- Read replies
- Send more messages
- Upload more files
Ticket Status Meanings
- Open – Your ticket has been received
- In Progress – We’re working on it
- Waiting for You – We need more info from you
- Closed – The issue has been resolved
