What You’ll See After Login

When you log in, you’ll land on the Overview page. Here you can quickly see:

• Your active services
• Ongoing projects
• Pending tasks or requests
• Open support tickets
• Recent updates and activities

Main Menu Sections

On the left (or top) menu, you’ll find:

• Overview – A summary of everything happening with your account
• Projects – All your projects and their progress
• Tasks – Tasks related to your projects
• Services – The services you subscribed to
• Files / Deliverables – Reports and files shared with you
• Support / Tickets – Where you contact our team
• Account / Profile – Update your personal details and password

How to Navigate

• Click any menu item to open that section
• Click on a project or task name to view full details
• Use action buttons like View, Upload, or Create Ticket to perform actions
